Tele Sales Executive / Sales Executive

Location: Ernakulam, Kochi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive and Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone or in person, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele Sales Executive

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Explain product or service features and benefits clearly to customers. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on interested prospects and close sales. Maintain daily call logs and sales records. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

Sales Executive

:

Identify and approach potential customers in person or via phone/email. Demonstrate product features and benefits through presentations or demos. Develop and maintain client relationships. Negotiate prices and close deals. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals. Report on daily sales activity and market feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales/sales or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Salary: 15,000-20,000

Educational Qualification:

12, Degree, Diploma in Travel and tourism (preferred).

English, Malayalam
