?15,000 to ?20,000 per month (Plus incentives/bonuses based on performance).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Field visit, Telemarketing, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective clients (individuals and businesses) to pitch safety training programs. Explaining the features, benefits, and value of Safety Training courses. Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. Maintaining a detailed database of contacts and sales activities. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Must be a graduate.

Proven track record in telesales or marketing. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
