Right now, we're looking for a Freight Broker to join our dynamic team in Mohali. If you're passionate about logistics, ready to take on challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

-Position: Freight Broker
- Location: Mohali
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in an international outbound process
- Shift: U.S. Night Shift (India Time)
-Salary: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the vital link between shippers and carriers to coordinate freight transportation across the U.S.
-Negotiate freight rates and secure optimal pricing for both service and cost-efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments, manage delays, and provide real-time updates on progress.
- Ensure proper documentation, load posting, and load tendering in the TMS and load boards.
- Collaborate with internal teams--dispatchers, accounting, and management--for seamless operations.
- Meet daily/weekly targets and help drive profitability by onboarding new carriers and managing load bookings effectively.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities
- Solid time management and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of U.S. geography, freight types, and transportation terminology (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
