Key Responsibilities:

Promoting products/services:

Telesales Representatives inform potential and existing customers about company offerings, highlighting features and benefits to generate interest.

Building customer relationships:

They establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor sales approaches to meet those needs effectively.

Meeting sales targets:

They are responsible for achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas, often measured by the number of successful sales or revenue generated.

Handling customer inquiries:

They answer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions, providing clear and accurate information.

Managing sales process:

This includes initiating calls, presenting information, handling objections, and closing sales, often using sales scripts and call strategies.

Maintaining customer records:

They update customer information, track interactions, and manage sales data using CRM systems or other designated tools.

Providing excellent customer service:

They strive to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.

Following up on leads:

They may follow up on leads generated by other teams or marketing campaigns, converting them into sales opportunities.

Staying informed:

They keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends to effectively engage with customers.
Skills and Qualifications:

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking are essential.

Sales skills:

Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and build rapport with customers.

Product knowledge:

A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold is crucial.

Experience:
