Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential prospects
Pitch company products/services and generate sales.
Understand the prospect's needs and offer relevant solutions.
Maintain and update the database and feedback
Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Address customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in tele calling or sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Fluency in English is a mandate .
