Make outbound calls to patient leads (website, campaigns, referrals)
Handle inbound calls related to cancer treatment enquiries and OPD
Explain hospital services, doctors, and consultation process (non-clinical)
Counsel patients and attendants with empathy and clarity
Convert enquiries into OPD bookings and hospital visits
Perform timely follow-ups until closure
Coordinate with front desk and OPD team for appointment confirmation
Update call details, remarks, and follow-ups in CRM
Maintain accurate patient data and daily call reports
Escalate sensitive or complex cases to seniors
