Potential clients ko outbound / inbound calls karke company ke web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing services ke baare me batana

Lead generation aur lead follow-up karna (website enquiries, ads, WhatsApp, CRM leads)

Client ki requirements samajhna (website type, budget, timeline) aur basic solution suggest karna

Company profile, packages aur pricing clearly explain karna

Interested clients ke liye meeting / demo schedule karna (online / offline)

Regular follow-ups karke deal closure me sales team ko support karna

CRM / Excel / Google Sheet me call details, leads aur status update karna

Client ke questions aur objections ko politely handle karna

Monthly / weekly sales targets achieve karna

Existing clients se renewal, upselling aur cross-selling ke liye contact karna

Management ko daily call report aur lead report submit karna
