Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules Convert leads into appointments or sales Provide clear, polite, and professional communication Work with the sales team to hit monthly targets Handle queries with patience and problem-solving vibes

Requirements

Male candidates preferred Good Hindi communication (English bonus flex) Basic phone etiquette & confidence Telesales/Telecalling experience is a plus Should be punctual, consistent, and target-focused
