Roles & Responsibilities

:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in personal loan products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits clearly and convincingly.

- Assess customer needs and financial eligibility for loan products.

- Assist customers in filling out applications and collect necessary documents.

- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts in CRM systems.
