ZYEC Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive (Telecaller to join our dynamic telemarketing team. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing our services, and closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
2. Introduce and promote ZYEC Consulting's services, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
3. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
4. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and effectively address client inquiries and objections.
5. Utilise persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimise strategies, share best practices, and contribute to team success.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in a B2C environment. (Freshers are also welcome).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and overcome objections effectively.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
7. High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
8. Candidate must have their own computer/ laptop along with high speed internet facility and a professional headset.
9. Candidate must have an Inverter connection incase of power outage in their area. So that, their work would not be affected.
