Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for campaign support.
Gather feedback and market insights to help improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication skills -- fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections.
Basic understanding of CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
