Job Overview:
We're looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our team. You'll be responsible for connecting with qualified leads provided by us and converting them into paying students for our specialized architecture and design courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with potential leads (no cold calling -- leads provided by the company)
Explain course features, outcomes, and offers effectively
Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right program
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion records
Collaborate with the marketing team for feedback and campaign insights

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Freshers (0-1 year experience) welcome -- training provided
