Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call, WhatsApp & Follow Up with potential customers (data provided).

2. Explain Plans - Monthly, 6-Month, Annual - and their benefits clearly.

3. Understand Customer Needs and recommend the right plan.

4. Manage Objections and answer common queries confidently.

5. Close Sales and help with payment process + Telegram channel access.

6. Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status and daily reports.

7. Work closely with founders to improve customer conversion strategy.

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication in Punjabi, Hindi & Basic English Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills Basic tech skills - WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Telegram Confidence while speaking and dealing with clients Available even for night shift (Shift will be fixed) Must have their own laptop. Fixed Salary+ Incentive + Daily Bonus
