Call leads within
10-15 minutes of receipt
to ensure maximum conversion chances.
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and order potential.
Share company profile, product catalog, price lists, and offers via WhatsApp/email.
Maintain accurate lead data in
CRM / Lead Manager
and update status (Hot, Warm, Cold).
Schedule follow-ups (Day 3, Day 7, Day 15) and ensure no enquiry is missed.
Coordinate with Business Development Executive for bulk/serious distributors.
Provide daily and weekly enquiry reports to management.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Meet monthly sales targets (number of orders/clients acquired).
Key Requirements
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(preferably in Commerce/Business background).
1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience
(B2B sales preferred, Pharma/ FMCG/ Ayurveda industry experience is a plus).
Excellent
communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using
WhatsApp Business, Email, and CRM tools
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
for reporting.
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹7000 to ?8000 per month (based on experience).
