Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, explaining products or services, generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries efficiently. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively. Generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals when possible. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Minimum education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or call center software. Fluent in Kannada or Tamil or Hindi

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
