This is a performance-based role best suited for confident communicators with a persuasive and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads, contacts, or cold prospects from the database
Share accurate information about the product/event (e.g., Beast Drive Rally)
Convince potential participants/customers to register, attend, or purchase
Answer queries politely and resolve doubts
Follow up with interested leads and update status regularly
Maintain call logs, lead records, and performance reports using Excel or CRM
Work as part of the marketing or sales team to meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
Clear and confident voice with a polite approach
Strong convincing and listening abilities
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Forms
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
Availability to work in flexible shifts (if required)
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales
Knowledge of the product/event (training will be provided)
Own laptop/smartphone (for remote work)
