Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to promote and sell dental insurance plans to prospective clients over the phone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining policy details, and closing sales. A successful candidate will be confident, persuasive, and driven to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various dental insurance plans. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable insurance options. Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Handle objections effectively and close sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
