Convert cold/warm leads into qualified prospects through persuasive communication.
Follow up regularly with interested leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
Record all call notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses regularly
Build rapport with clients and develop long-term engagement through trust.
Ensure a smooth experience for customers from first call to handover or subscription.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Share performance reports and lead feedback regularly.
Suggest improvements in the pitch or marketing materials based on client feedback.
Collaborate with marketing, tech, and on-ground sales teams to optimize lead handling.
Skills Required
2+yrs of experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially in B2B software or SaaS domains.
Must be confident in engaging decision-makers and explaining complex solutions over phone calls.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, telephone Etiquettes.
