Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Present products/services clearly and persuasively to prospects.
Maintain daily call logs, update CRM systems, and track sales activities.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify sales opportunities, cross-sell and upsell relevant products/services.
Handle objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts, strategies, and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales
(preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasion and closing ability.
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
