A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product/service solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals as required.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on payments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market trends.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
