About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Telecaller

to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residential and commercial projects. Handle inbound inquiries from online platforms, advertisements, and referrals. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and other relevant information to clients. Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and follow-up status. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and lead handovers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative (real estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident personality with a strong sales aptitude. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Educational Qualification:



Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Experience:



1-3 years of telecalling / telesales experience. Experience in the

real estate industry

will be an added advantage.

Compensation:



Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.

Working Days & Hours:



6 Days a week (including weekends) Timings: [Specify office hours, e.g., 10 AM - 6:30 PM]
