Key Responsibilities
Make calls to warm and cold leads to promote travel offers, packages, and services.
Respond promptly to sales inquiries and convert them into bookings.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable itineraries, destinations, and products.
Achieve sales targets, including revenue, conversion rates, and call performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, availability, policies, and travel requirements.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and bookings in the CRM system.
Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, airline policies, visa rules, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or travel sales is preferred.
Knowledge of travel products, GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), or tour operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales drive with the ability to close deals over the phone.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
Good time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
