As a
Tele Sales Agent
, you will be responsible for connecting with potential investors and clients, presenting them with property opportunities, and guiding them through the investment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential investors and clients.
Provide detailed information about current and upcoming property projects.
Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable options.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident phone presence and persuasive ability.
Prior experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and investment trends is a plus.
