Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executives for our domestic process in Okhla Phase 3. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with customers and offering them the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
Handle customer queries and overcome objections to close sales.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and meet daily calling targets.
Update and manage lead records in the system.
Candidate Profile
Must have at least 6 months of experience in a telesales or telecalling role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ?15,000 to ?30,000 (depending on experience and interview).
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (No upper limit).
