Make

outbound calls

to potential or existing customers Handle

inbound calls

and resolve customer queries Explain

products, courses, or services

clearly and confidently Generate

leads

and follow up with interested prospects Maintain

daily call records

and update CRM or Excel sheets Achieve

daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Schedule

appointments, demos, or counseling sessions
