Job Description

A Telesales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers over the phone. Key responsibilities include:

Outbound Calls

: Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and persuade them to make a purchase.

Lead Generation

: Identifying and generating new leads through research, data, or referrals.

Product Knowledge

: Staying well-informed about the product or service being sold to effectively answer customer questions and handle objections.

Customer Relationship Management

: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets

: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.

Handling Objections

: Addressing customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner to close sales.

Updating Records

: Accurately recording customer information, sales, and other relevant data in CRM systems.

Cross-selling and Upselling

: Recommending additional products or services to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

Customer Follow-up

: Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and to maximize sales opportunities.

Problem Resolution

: Addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly.

Pay: ₹9,045.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
