We are seeking a confident and motivated Tele sales Advisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products/services, and converting leads into sales. Training will be provided for freshers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM entry, MS Office).
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Prior tele sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
