Position: Presales Consultant - Cross Sales Location: Thane west, Chembur, Boriwali Compensation: 20- 30k Experience: 1-5 Years Education: Graduate ,Post Graduate

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to qualified leads and pitch home-related products/services Share product details, features & pricing via calls, WhatsApp, and email Convert leads by generating consent for brand outreach Follow up with leads who have active requirements Maintain complete conversation records in CRM Coordinate with multiple brand PoCs for timely customer service Deliver high-quality support and quick query handling

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication (English/Hindi/local language) Strong interpersonal & persuasive conversation skills Basic CRM + Excel knowledge Target-driven, proactive & ownership mindset Real estate pre-sales/telesales experience is a plus A team player with high ambition & self-motivation
