Job Description

We are looking for an

Tele Sales Consultant

who will be responsible for

retaining existing customers

and

driving repeat orders

. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to upsell/cross-sell effectively.

Responsibilities

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure high customer retention by providing excellent support and engagement. Drive repeat orders through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to improve satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM. Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams for seamless service.

Requirements



1-3 years of inside sales/retention experience

, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or BFSI Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle objections and ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
