Responsibilities

Outbound calling:

Make calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and follow up on them.

Needs assessment:

Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable products and services.

Sales and upselling:

Explain the benefits of premium packages and encourage customers to upgrade or renew their subscriptions.

Target achievement:

Meet individual and team sales revenue targets
Work environment

Location:

Based at the Matrimony.com office, not a work-from-home position.

Schedule:

Often involves 6 working days
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
