Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Representative

to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships over the phone. This role involves cold calling, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade potential clients. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and questions professionally. Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve the sales process.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and resilient under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
