Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life Insurance / Health Insurance
? Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.
? Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.
? Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
? Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.
Requirements
Graduate with
excellent English communication skills
.
6 months to 1 year
of experience in
Tele Sales / Investment / Insurance Sales
preferred.
Freshers
with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
Energetic, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
