6 days/week (1 rotational weekly off)

About the Role



We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals for our Life and Health Insurance telesales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable insurance plans. Candidates must be confident communicators with strong persuasion skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain life and health insurance products clearly and professionally. Understand customer needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend appropriate plans. Generate leads, follow-up consistently, and convert them into successful sales. Maintain call records, update CRM tools, and track daily/monthly performance targets. Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure high-quality interactions. Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timelines. Handle objections, provide accurate information, and guide customers throughout the policy buying process. Coordinate with internal teams for policy documentation and customer support when required.

Eligibility Criteria



Education:



Graduate or Postgraduate (Any stream)

Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Experience in telesales, BFSI, insurance, or customer service is an added advantage

Key Skills Required



Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets Strong listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.) Self-motivated and disciplined

Training & Certification



Candidates must complete and clear the mandatory training & certification for Life Insurance and Health Insurance before joining the live process. Training will cover product details, sales scripts, compliance, and objection handling.

Compensation Structure



Graduate Freshers:

4.5 LPA CTC

2.75 LPA Fixed

1.75 LPA Variable

Postgraduate Freshers:


4.75 LPA CTC5.25 LPA CTC



2.75 LPA Fixed

2 LPA Variable

Experienced Graduates/Postgraduates:

3.25 LPA Fixed

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
