Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1 rotational weekly off)

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated candidates for the Kotak Insurance Process. The role involves assisting customers, handling queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions effectively and professionally. Provide accurate information related to insurance products and services. Resolve queries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with process guidelines and company standards. Achieve performance metrics while maintaining high service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum HSC pass. Minimum 6 months of work experience in the Insurance sector is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi communication (verbal). Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
