We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and well-organized
Tele Sales & Admin Executive
to help strengthen our NGO's outreach and day-to-day operations. In this role, you will connect with potential donors, well-wishers, community members, and beneficiaries through calls, sharing our mission and inviting them to be part of our initiatives.
Qualification
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Tele Sales Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales interactions in Excel
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
Handle basic correspondence, emails, and official communication.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Salary:
12,000 to 15,000
