Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients. Provide information about products/services clearly and effectively. Understand customer requirements and answer queries confidently. Maintain and update the customer database regularly. Follow up on leads and convert them into potential customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer objections and offer solutions promptly. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language as applicable].
