We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, introducing our IT products and services, understanding their business needs, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your goal is to generate quality leads and contribute to revenue growth.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
Pitch IT products and services such as software solutions, website development, app development, digital marketing, etc.
Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions.
Fix meetings for the Business Development team with interested clients.
Follow up on previous conversations and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of IT products and services (training will be provided).
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
