Telemarketing Executive - UK Shift (B2B Cold Calling)

Shift: Fixed Shift (UK Time Zone), Monday to Friday

Weekends: Off

We are energy consultancy firm specializing in providing the best utility solutions for UK businesses. We are passionate about helping our clients save on their business utilities through our dedicated and knowledgeable team. We are currently expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Telemarketing Executives for our Goa Office.

& Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B cold calls to UK business customers to discuss their utility needs. Generate leads. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Passion for talking to UK customers and building relationships. Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Willingness to work in a fixed UK shift, Monday to Friday. Commitment to long-term employment with our company.
