Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B cold calls to UK business customers to discuss their utility needs.

Generate leads

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Passion for talking to customers in English and building relationships. Hardworking, motivated, and goal-oriented. Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Willingness to work in a fixed UK shift, Monday to Friday. Commitment to long-term employment with our company.
