Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing:

Generate leads via social/WhatsApp campaigns, referrals, partner centers, walk-ins, and field activations.

Qualification & First Touch:

Contact new leads within SLA; assess trade fit, readiness, basic communication level, and timeline.

Counseling Bookings:

Schedule and confirm counseling sessions with the counselor.

Conversion:

Share program deck, installment plan, address objections, and secure registration to block seats.

Payment Coordination:

Create a WhatsApp group with the

Finance Team

, share payment options (QR/link), track installment milestones, and update trackers.

CRM Hygiene:

Maintain pipeline stages (New ? Qualified ? Counseling ? Registered ? Enrolled ? Onboarded); log every touchpoint and next action.

Reporting:

Daily call sheet, follow-up list, conversion dashboard; weekly channel ROI and objection trends.

Compliance:

Obtain data consent; respect DNC/STOP; use only approved brochures/fee sheets/payment options.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
