PEXA Doorwash Car Care is a fast-growing doorstep car wash and car care brand. We work with individual customers, apartments, corporate offices, and local partners to deliver convenient car care services. Our CSA Sales team directly drives revenue by converting leads into confirmed orders and packages.
Job Summary
The CSA Sales Executive will be responsible for converting incoming leads into paid car wash orders and service packages. This is a target-driven sales role involving telecalling, follow-ups, upselling, and closing daily and monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Call and convert incoming leads into confirmed doorstep car wash orders.
Pitch PEXA services, packages, and subscription plans to customers.
Follow up on pending leads and inactive customers.
Upsell add-on services and monthly packages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead and conversion data in CRM / Google Sheets.
Coordinate with operations team only for order confirmation (not execution).
Collect customer feedback post-sale to improve conversion quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or direct sales.
Strong persuasion and closing skills.
Fluent in English and local language.
Comfortable working with targets and incentives.
Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in service sales, automobile services, insurance, or subscription-based sales is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset may apply.
Candidates with prior call-center sales experience preferred.
