Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
Handle guest requests, wake-up calls, and messages efficiently
Maintain proper call logs and records
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest assistance
Follow hotel SOPs and service standards at all times
Requirements:
Graduate or diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role in the hotel industry is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and work in shifts
