Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors, and internal staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Route calls to the appropriate departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounts).
Provide basic information about products, order status, delivery timelines, and company services.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up by the relevant team member.
Assist the sales and customer service teams with clerical support when required (e.g., data entry, tracking numbers).
Maintain an updated extension directory and contact database for internal reference.
Monitor and report any phone system issues to IT or management.
Manage a multi-line phone system during busy hours with efficiency and composure.
Ensure that customer interactions reflect the brand's professionalism and reliability.
