Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured phone interviews with applicants using provided question sets
Evaluate candidates based on established hiring criteria and rating guidelines
Capture detailed notes and candidate responses in applicant tracking systems
Maintain professional tone and ensure a positive candidate experience
Escalate strong or concerning applicants to recruiters or hiring managers as needed
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and timely communication with candidates
Protect confidential applicant information and follow HR compliance standards
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and note-taking skills
Ability to objectively assess candidate qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Previous experience in interviewing, HR support, or customer service preferred
Ability to work independently, handle high call volume, and maintain professionalism
Reliable internet and quiet workspace for conducting phone interviews
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: ?200.00 - ?600.00 per hour
