Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident, target-oriented
Teleperformance Executive
to support our digital marketing and CPaaS sales operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining digital marketing and communication solutions, and converting business leads into successful client relationships. Strong communication skills in
both Hindi and English
are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote
digital marketing services and CPaaS solutions
Handle inbound inquiries and convert prospects into customers
Explain services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, bulk SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, and voice solutions
Identify client requirements and propose suitable marketing or communication solutions
Achieve assigned call, lead, and revenue targets consistently
Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversion and closure rates
Ensure professional communication and strong brand representation
Adhere to quality standards, scripts, and company policies
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better performance outcomes
Required Skills & Eligibility:
Graduation in
a
ny field
Fluency in Hindi and English
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Excel, email)
Understanding of digital marketing or CPaaS products is an advantage
Experience:
Freshers may apply
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, digital marketing sales, or CPaaS sales is preferred
