About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling potential B2B customers to persuade them to start subscriptions to the company's IT product
2. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
3. Understanding the customer profile from the calls and updating the excel file
4. Engaging in natural conversations instead of monotonous sales calls
5. Inquiring about the customer's needs
6. Keeping records of calls, sales and useful information
7. Following up regularly with customers

Skills Required:

1. Fluent in Hindi and English (understanding Marathi or Gujarati is a plus)
2. Prior work experience in real estate is mandatory

Additional Information:

1. Candidates from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Palghar only can apply
2. Candidates will be required to undergo a short training to understand the product and target customer segment
3. You may be required to come to the office in Andheri East, Mumbai for initial 1-2 days for initial training after which you can continue to work from home
