We are looking for a motivated and responsible person to join our team as a Telemarketing Consultant.

The Telemarketing consultant is responsible for developing, delivering, and monitoring training programs that enhance the performance and productivity of the telemarketing team. The role involves coaching agents on communication techniques, product knowledge, sales strategies, and compliance standards to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for new and existing telemarketing staff.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.

Identify skill gaps and provide targeted improvement plans.

Monitor live or recorded calls to assess quality and provide feedback.

Maintain records of training sessions, progress reports, and performance outcomes.

Stay updated with sales techniques, telecommunication tools, and industry best practices.

Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a telemarketing trainer, team leader, or senior telemarketer.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of telemarketing techniques.

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate individuals effectively.

Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
