We are looking for a proactive and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our services/products, answering queries, and converting leads into appointments or admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Generate interest and schedule appointments / close admissions
Maintain follow-up with potential leads
Update daily reports and maintain CRM records
Achieve weekly/monthly targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Tamil / English)
Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge & data entry skills
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Qualifications
Any degree / 12th pass
Minimum 0-2 years telecalling/telemarketing experience (Freshers can also apply)
