We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Team Lead to manage and guide our telecalling team, drive lead generation and support sales for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train and motivate the telecalling team
Assign daily calling targets and track performance
Ensure high-quality calls and accurate lead data
Drive lead generation for real estate inquiries
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Handle escalations and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
2-4 years of telemarketing or telesales experience
Female candidates only
Strong communication and leadership skills
Real estate calling experience preferred
Ability to work with CRM and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
