Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of telemarketers to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance through call monitoring, KPIs, and feedback.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Develop scripts and strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
Handle escalated customer complaints or complex queries professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to align campaigns and messaging.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Conduct regular team meetings to update goals, share best practices, and address challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, Do Not Call lists).
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new telemarketing staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telemarketing Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in B2B or B2C telemarketing environments.
Coaching or training certification is a plus.
